CGWEBS is strictly an IT Service and Technology Provider. We provide software tools and website layouts for businesses to display their information online.

We Do Not Sell Products: We do not directly sell, endorse, or guarantee any products or services listed by our clients on their respective websites or digital profiles.
Zero Liability: Any dealing or communication between a public buyer and our client (business owner) is strictly between those two parties. EMATE WEB SOLUTIONS assumes absolutely no liability for payments made to our clients, delivery of their goods, or any fraudulent activities conducted by third-party users using our developed layouts.

4. Content Ownership & Code of Conduct

The business data you provide (Images, Text, Contact Details) remains your property, and you must have the legal right to publish it. However, the layout, design, and source code of the platforms provided by us remain the intellectual property of Emate Web Solutions. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client requests the hosting of illegal, adult, or copyrighted content without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Emate Web Solutions provides its services on an "as is" basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or business downtime) arising out of the use of our services, third-party server issues, or unauthorized client edits.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
