1. No Refunds on Completed Services

Due to the nature of digital services (Website Development, Profile Setup, Software), we do not offer refunds once the work has been started or completed. The resources and man-hours utilized cannot be recovered.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you have paid an advance but wish to cancel the order before we have initiated the project setup or purchased any assets (like Domains/Server), you may be eligible for a refund. A cancellation fee of 10% will be deducted to cover payment gateway charges.

3. Third-Party Costs

Payments made for Domain Names, Server Hosting, or Third-party API keys are strictly non-refundable as these are paid to external vendors immediately.
