"I visited Barbecue Nation with my seven-year-old son and my 22-month-old baby girl just now and honestly the experience was far better than I expected especially since I was managing both kids on my own.
From the moment we entered the seating was comfortable and child-friendly which immediately put me at ease. The staff was extremely polite and attentive. They came over warmly asked us what we’d like and were very mindful of our preferences.
There were one or two small things I requested changes in like the French fries and they were replaced immediately without hesitation.
What really stood out was the care and thoughtfulness. Maniketan went out of his way to prepare fresh corn on the cob with cream specially for us which was such a lovely gesture.
Narayana ensured we got fresh crispy corn and all the starters were customised exactly to the spice level we were comfortable with.
The staff made sure we were comfortable throughout and that kind of attentiveness truly makes a difference especially when you’re dining alone with young children.
Overall it was a wonderful experience with great food and awesome service. Thanks to the team for making our visit so pleasant.
